I Remember.....

I remeber when you were here alive and well.

I remeber you would tell me stories that were oh so sweet.

I remember the happy times we shared and the sad ones as well.

I remember we would take long walks in the cool nights and you would promise me that you and me would always be.

I remeber everything about you.

We were the best of friends and we still are even though you are not with me now. I know that you are in a better place watching over me through the days and nights.

When I would cry you would wipe my tears away, when i needed someone to talk to you would listen patiently and take in my every little word.

The first time I found out you were sick I cried every night.

You would tell me not to worry because you were going to fight till you couldnt fight anymore.

And you did. You fought and you fought until you could fight no more, the disease had gotten the best of you . You were my everything and you still are till this day. You and I we're a team and nothing can or will ever change that. So this is me saying goodbye, though you are already gone. One day you and I will be together again in that special place we always dreamed about.
