Expressing how you feel

When we have something to say to someone
should we just say it or are some words
Left better unsaid?
Maybe after today we will never see
That person again and maybe those
Last words would of changed your
Whole life, and you chose to keep them inside.
Maybe that person feels of felt the same way
And they kept quiet waiting for you to speak up
And never did so the both of you lived your lives not
Knowing how the other one felt.

  1. I think that you should speak what is on your mind unless it is hateful to that person.

  3. Emotions are the core of human existance. Think about it for a second. Every action we take is driven by some form of emotion. Punching someone is an action driven by anger. Giving what you dont need to those who are in need is an act of compassion. So with that being said. To bottle up and keep silent about something you feel or are experiencing is ignoring the base element which makes us human. No I believe whatever the thought or feeling may be it should never be left inside. Especially if it causes a rift within yourself
