Where I am from...

I'm from Burma. I'm Chin. Burma is the country and Chin is the ethnic group that I came from. THe yellow in the map is the country and the red in the map is the state that my father and my mother were born. A lot of people don't know exactly where is out country in the world and that's why I described where is that.

  1. Thanks, Solmon! I was hoping that you'd post about this. Looking at the map makes me appreciate your long journey. How brave of you to come half way around the world to Missouri! I hope you'll tell us more. . .what life is like in Burma. . .what brings you to Springfield. . .and how it all compares. Thanks! I'm so glad you are all here.

Life in Myanmar is very hard to live and they don't like our Chin people because we are christian... They don't give promotoion to any christian in Government jobs..
Things are expensive and salary is not enough..
