I can't believe I found this.

It's insane how much of an impact this class had on my life. I'm now a cook at a retirement community. I play music still and an constantly looking for new things to do. I'm married to an amazing woman, and living with an adorable cat.

I really doubt any one looks at this anymore but I have to thank you all again. 5 years ago, this class saved my school life. You were all amazing people and I hope you are doing great.

Ms. James I owe you a huge thank you. You are one of the only teachers I have ever met that gave a damn about the kids in her class. You are a beautiful soul abd an amazing person. You helped save me from a bad road I was heading down. Still to this day I tell everyone about how amazing you are and were to me. So thank you again. I hope you are doing good and I hope to see you sometime.

    Hi Chance! I hope you see my comment back to you! I can't tell you what a lift it is to see this post. I'd say you made my day, but that would be an understatement. Thank you! I am elated to read that you are doing so well, happily married, playing music, and working as a cook. That's awesome! Of course, I remember you and how you nearly didn't finish, what a good writer you are, and how smart you are. I'm grateful you were in my class. Yes, that class was a wonderful group.     It's been months since the last time i checked this but i was talking about how this class, and you as a teacher saved my life. You showed me that there are teachers that aren't just there for a paycheck. There are teachers that care. So from the bottom of my heart. Thank you. :)
